I don't have any idea how late we were up last night. I know we went to bed after Obama's speech but I was sleep walking after the adrenaline wore off. As we went upstairs my answer to everything Jeff said was, "Yes we can!" As we were falling asleep he asked if we could sleep in. Yes we can! He was surprised to wake up an hour late and I told him I had not set the alarm. Apparently he was kidding with that request. Oops!

In other news I am posting this during my lunch time and trying to not get nervous about a presentation I am making in less than an hour. The presentation will be fine it is the importance of the group's decision afterward that is the nervous part. It could greatly impact my work and our ability to accomplish some very necessary things in health care access for the state.

Oh and go California who passed proposition 2 with its landmark victory on behalf on animals, specifically those raised on factory farms. One step towards changing our food system for the better!
