The Giving Of Thanks

It was a good day. A busy day. Harper was on a nap strike. That was not so helpful. Keegan had spent the night at my parents' again and that was helpful. We did a lot beforehand but somehow still managed to have a lot going on during. It would help if I had two ovens and way more counter space and a caterer. But everyone seemed to have fun, enjoy the food and get enough to eat. Jeff packed up the leftovers and I am kind of scared to see the fridge. Jeff has some mystery injury to his finger but no idea how he got it. My back is screaming at me for standing up too much. But it was a lovely day and just the incentive we needed to get the house together. And I totally appreciate the hosts of any event even more now.
