Spicy Love

Catching up on recipes again:

Ginger-Peanut Chicken-Salad Wraps (repeat, but this time I cooked the chicken fresh instead of buying rotisserie)
Spice-Rubbed Pork Tenderloin with Mustard Barbecue Sauce (tender, zesty and Isabelle really liked this one)
Rum-Pepper Steak Sandwiches (really easy, good use of any leftover rum)
Corn-and-Shrimp Tortilla Soup (repeat, spicy enough for us but not too spicy for my mom which is saying something)
Shrimp Etouffee (delicious for a light version and gets better as leftovers after the flavors meld. I did all the prep earlier in the day and then only needed eight uninterrupted minutes to make the roux.)
