Something Different

Here are the recipes we did this week:

New Orleans BBQ Shrimp (Clearly I have been missing Cajun food and who doesn't love an excuse to sop up juices with a baguette)

Ground Beef with Beijing Sauce Over Noodles ( I had never cooked with ground bean sauce before and I love the taste. I will now be looking for other recipes that use it)

Chutney and Cheddar-Stuffed Chicken Breasts with Smashed BLTPs (The one time I have watched Rachel Ray she made this and I really wanted to try it. We used our own home grown grape tomatoes. I put extra chutney on my chicken before eating it.)
