Been Cookin'

We have been cooking this summer. I just haven't had time to post any recipes. Jeff has been all about the grill.

Grilled Sirloin Skewers with Peaches and Peppers (I have really started to love grilled fruit)
Chicken and Farfalle Salad with Walnut Pesto (really good and prefect summer dinner)
Coconut Crab and Shrimp Salad (repeat)
Open-Faced Burgers with Onion-Mushroom Topping (repeat and one of my favorite burger recipes)
Pork-and-Pineapple Kebabs
