Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

The Sun Is Exercising
Happy to report that my first night without any meds went well.  I slept great and did not feel as tired or as dopey all day.  My only problem is that I stay up too late talking to Jeff at bedtime.  I love that time together to really focus on each other though.  Reason # 1,000 not to have a TV in your bedroom.

Date night tonight.  Our babysitter called when she got back from vacation to see if we needed her.  At first I was going to say no since I wasn't feeling great but now I am glad I said yes.  Not many more of these opportunities left in our near future.

I finally checked on my short term disability coverage.  I figured since I have been paying for it for all these years I might as well use if I can.  I can use it for maternity leave.  However it does not start until 15 days after the baby is born and those days count against the total 6 weeks.  Bottom line is that it doesn't amount to much but I'll take it.  Jeff has been dropping not so subtle hints about a macro lens.  For when the baby comes of course.  It turns out babies are a convenient excuse to buy lots of things.

Really need to update my cell phone plan.  Turns out I did not opt for the unlimited texts.  Twitter is killing me.  Might be a good time to buy a new phone too.  Mine is almost 5 years old.
