Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

The comment problem is fixed. It turns out it was not something I did but our host changed something about the way the server handled mail. It was just a coincidence that it happened around the same time I upped my spam blocking.

My midwife appointment went fine. No change from last week which is not a surprise since I haven't had any contractions. She is guessing he is 8 3/4 lbs. I am hoping she is wrong. Because if this kid bakes another week he'll be a 9 pounder. I have not gained any weight in four weeks. She is still thinking he will come in the next week. But just to be prepared I have an appointment scheduled which will include the non stress test and an ultrasound. Let's all keep our fingers crossed that this one doesn't have to be induced. That is not fun. And maybe the teachers at Keegan's school will stop saying "you haven't had that baby yet?!" Because I might have to hurt somebody. And I love him, but Jeff saying that we know it will definitely happen in the next two weeks just isn't very comforting.

Finally found Keegan some new sneakers. My version of nesting apparently involves making sure the entire family is all set for the summer. So I didn't just get out of there with sneakers. But some more shirts and a new bathing suit for Keegan. And some summer clothes for Isabelle. And some headbands for me for when I don't feeling like doing my hair when the baby comes. And a present for each of them from the baby since they have some to give to him. At the end I could barely waddle to the register. I still want to get to a garden center to get more flowers for the patio containers. There is always tomorrow.
