This last part of my pregnancy was supposed to be fairly low key.  I had one federal grant to turn in and then May would be quiet time to wrap up and hand off.  I am due May 29.

Then one of my staff had a chest pains while at his cardiologist appointment.  They hospitalized him and the following week he had quadruple by-pass.  He will be out until June 2.

Then two unexpected federal grants were released that we really need to apply for.  One is due May 1 and the other May 29.

Today my secretary resigned to take a better paying position inside the department.  Her last day is May 8.
