Keegan slept until 9:30 this morning.  I had a momentary worry that maybe he wasn't okay in there.  But clearly he just needed it.  He woke with a lower fever and tons of energy.  The new sofa was delivered at 10:30.  I had been up since Jeff left because our delivery window was 7-11.  I said a silent prayer as each of the four pieces went through the door.  Then it was assembled and they were gone.  It looks great and will be so nice to curl up on in front of a fire.  After that Keegan and I needed to get out of the house.  We went to the bank, got his hair cut, went to buy a toy for a birthday party on Sunday and stopped for lunch.  Then he took a nap while I broke up the ice in the driveway (don't tell Jeff), cleaned out my car and then watched some bad TV.  It was 47 here today and it felt like heaven.

I am looking out the office window and the guy across the street is shoveling off his porch roof.  I am petrified that he is going to fall off.  We have a winter storm warning for Friday through Sunday.  People are trying to keep their roofs from collapsing with the next bout of rain, sleet, snow.

Jeff is out tonight with the boys to celebrate Jay's birthday.  I will have to do something to distract myself from watching the AI results without him.

Okay my neighbor is back inside his second story window and I feel slightly better about his safety.
