23 Weeks (Yesterday)
"Your baby is more than 11 inches long and weighs just over a pound (about as much as a large mango). His skin is red and wrinkled. Blood vessels in his lungs are developing to prepare him for breathing. Loud noises heard often in utero — such as your dog barking or the roar of a vacuum cleaner — probably won't faze your baby when he hears them outside the womb.  Even though fat is beginning to accumulate on your baby's body, the skin still hangs loosely, giving your baby a wrinkled appearance. Your baby's daily workout routine includes moving the muscles in the fingers, toes, arms, and legs regularly. As a result, you may feel more forceful movements."

This week suddenly I feel pregnant.  I have to take the stairs slowly at work as I get winded easily.  I am the first person to tell people that pregnancy is beautiful.  And I truly believe that.  But I feel huge.  Mostly because it has started to effect my ability to bend over and get up from a seated position.  People are amazed that I am still wearing heels.  I am going to until it is absolutely no longer an option.  My stylist commented on fast my hair is growing when I got my hair done today.  I knew my nails were growing quickly but my hair seemed the same.  And maybe, just maybe my skin has finally gotten back to normal.  The baby moves around so much and that is my favorite part.  I love being reminded that he is in there when I am lost in work.  No name yet.  That is the popular question right now.  And honestly we wouldn't tell even if we had one picked out.  We have 17 more weeks to figure it out so I'm not worried.
