Friday I got to watch chick flicks all by myself.  Where were the boys?  At a monster truck jam.  Made even more enjoyable with the purchase of ear plugs.  Jeff says it is one of those things you have to do once in your life.  I had to pass but Keegan had fun.
Saturday morning I had a maternity massage and foot treatment.  It was perfect preparation for the four year old's birthday party we attended later.  Actually it was fun because the kids are at that age where they can most things for themselves.  Afterwards Keegan went to stay with my parents.  We brought snowshoes along for all three of them.  Then we went to look at new cars.  Okay, I'm not going to lie to you.  We went to see minivans.  I have been in denial for months.  But when you have three kids and two dogs and a life, you gotta go the minivan route.  I was very pleasantly surprised to find I love the Honda Odyssey.  It drives great and is built so smartly.  And I won't have to give up any of the little things like leather, heated seats and a sunroof.  I am actually excited about getting one.  I NEVER thought I would utter those words.  Now that we know what we want we will go back after we get settled in the house.
Today we took advantage of being child free by sleeping in and then going furniture shopping.  Well, looking.  We had never done that before and it turns out we agree on most things and have the same taste.  We just need to get back into the house again to take measurements.  We will finally buy ourselves a bedroom set.  I have a beautiful antique spoon carved walnut one now but it is full sized.  Which Jeff loves because it keeps me close.  But I need more room, especially pregnant.  Then we went and each bought a new pair of shoes and went to pickup Keegan.
I am pulling the house off the market tomorrow and now need to create a lease. I also need to do a few things in preparation for our tenants.  I told them they could move in the week after we move out.  We brought a bunch of boxes from my parents' house and we will start packing ahead of time.  The closing is wedged between two business trips in February.
