Another Brick In The Wall
Last night we did receive a response to our offer on the house.  I got the call when I was out with the Selfish Moms.  They did not reduce their price by very much.  Not sure what they are thinking.  Jeff and I talked about it and responded with another offer this morning.  We haven't heard back yet.  We did have a showing on our house today.  Got the usual they loved your colors, kitchen, etc.  I am kind of like, "buy it, don't buy it I don't care any more."  That is what more than a year on the market will do to you.
I took today off.  I needed to wrap some things up with the estate.  It is one of those involved projects where you need several hours straight.  Not something I want to do in the evenings when I could be with Jeff.  And nothing something I want to do in the weekends when I could be with the kids.  My mom came to help.  I knew she would help with the organization and more importantly the motivation.  I didn't finish it but we made a great start.
