Colorful Brunch

Oh I forgot to tell you. We made brunch on the Sunday we were in Virginia. My brother and his wife did every other meal so we wanted to pitch in and cooking is so relaxing. We had:

A citrus salad (pink grapefruit, oranges and tangerines with a bit of honey.)
Ham and Asparagus Frittata (We have made this at least four times and people love it)
Coconut French Toast with Grilled Pineapple and Tropical Salsa (A new favorite, beautiful presentation)

Some day I will catch up on all of the other recipes from the past month.
