Hey Food

I realized I haven't talked about food in forever.  We have been cooking and doing some repeat favorites.  We also tried some new things because cold weather always brings out the cravings.  Last night Jeff smuggled in the ingredients for Fresh Spring Rolls with Dipping Sauce as a surprise.  They were great and I have some for lunch today.  I made my own sauce of hoisin mixed with peanut sauce.  Other recipes:

Beef and Beer Chili - Jeff liked this but I couldn't get past the cornmeal

Mozzarella, Ham, and Basil Panini - quick and easy weekday dinner

Lemony Orzo Salad - really excellent

White Chili - love those cannellini beans

Cider-Roasted Pork Loin - perfect for the season
