I am still hanging on to this cold. It has made it's home in my chest. I am passed sexy husky voice and into Selma (from the Simpsons or Night Court, you be the judge).
We took the kids to Story Land this past weekend. Keegan and I had never been before. It really is such a great place for little kids. Very clean, reasonably priced, lots of rides and not too long lines. Isabelle chose a sparkly wand and fairy wings and Keegan chose a fireman hat and a fairy outfit complete with wings, flowy skirt and headband. It was worth it to hear him say, "Mom I want to get my fairy on." I am hoping he will stick with his plan to wear it for Halloween. On Monday we drove up Mount Washington and the view was amazing. But I hate that road. It makes me ill to be that close to the edge of oblivion. Jeff drove and he gets to put the famous bumper sticker on his car now. So it's been back to work and back to school and a week of not being sure that I am actually accomplishing anything.
I just booked a spa day with Erika. It isn't until October but it still gives me something to look forward too!
