Water Logged

Saturday was a great day for a party. The weather was perfect and the lake was warm. We all had a great time swimming with the kids and grilling and eating Jeff's butterfly cupcakes. After most of the guests were gone we floated across to the island and picked wild blueberries. My dad had also gotten a new sea doo so Keegan and Isabelle both got many rides. Sunday we stayed home and did some garage organizing while the kids played outside. Isabelle tried out her new bike and we adjusted Keegan's because I think he might actually be growing. That kid gets taller but no bigger around the middle. We picked up my car from the service place and Keegan decided to go along with Jeff to drop off Isabelle. For a moment I didn't know what to do with my free time. But my chipped toenail polish sent me to the pedicure place. Because of the nice weather it was practically deserted. I walked out an hour later with a new color, "Ladies and Magenta-men." Later we went to the warehouse club where I scored an eight pound pork loin for $1.98/lb to be featured for dinner this week and then subdivided and frozen for the future. I also got two giant boxes of tea mix to liven up my water at work. I am one of those people who doesn't like plain water or plain milk (unless accompanied by brownies or chocolate cake). A tip for a good lunch standby to keep in your desk is seasoned tuna packs or the thai noodle kits. And speaking of flavored water I thought this was an interesting alternative to get people back to drinking tap water.
