Hot Date

We had a farewell today for one of my staff. I am still in denial that tomorrow is her last day because she will be hard to replace. Jeff helped me make Maple-Date Bars and Fresh Fruit Salad with Honey Ginger Lime Dressing for our breakfast get together to wish her good luck. I had all of the stuff for the date bars in the house because Keegan talked me into buying a bag of dates and then decided he didn't like them. They don't even taste like dates in the recipe more like pecan pie filling. I had a conference call and by the time I got back there was nothing left but bagels.
