Chiles Rellenos Gratin (the filling of this was good but not sure if it was worth the work for the peppers. I am going to try it with layered totillas next time instead of the peppers.)

You did not emphasize enough how much Ginger-Peanut Chicken-Salad Wraps rocked our world. You should have bolded it and made it flash on and off.
