Tomorrow we head off to Falcon Ridge. It will be my second time going. I went two years ago and only got to stay one night but it was great fun. Jay went on Wed and staked out a good site and setup everyone's tents. Erika and Sammy went today. The rest of the crowd and us are going tomorrow. Keegan and I will spend the morning getting set and then pickup Jeff from work on the way. I have to take the dogs to the kennel, pack the car and the cooler and leave the house clean in case we have any showings. I think we are ready and Keegan is so excited about sleeping outside and trying out his new air mattress. I also brought his harmonica in case he gets the urge to play. I am not really stressed because it will be such a kid friendly environment and all around laid back. Two years ago when Erika was pregnant with Sammy she and I talked about being able to bring our children some day. That day has arrived.

Stepmother to the charming Isabelle (5). Gushingly in love with our baby boy Harper(born June 10). Policy Wonk and dreaded bureaucrat. Lover of fine cuisine, honeybees, truly romantic moments and the underdog.
