Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

Far North

We're in Alaska! We flew from Boston to Seattle and then to Anchorage. We arrived around 12:45am which was 4:45am our time. We rented a little digeplayer on the first flight so we watched two movies, some music videos and listened to music. That really helped to pass the time. I slept through the second flight. We will check out of here in a couple of hours, rent a car and then drive up to Denali. My rewards card at this hotel gives me free internet so I thought I should post before we get possibly too far out for internet access. We come back here on Tuesday evening because I have a meeting and then the conference through Friday. Our plans for the next few days are pretty open except for the helicopter flight on Monday.
It is sunny here today and will probably only reach mid-50s. But the views should be amazing and I am looking forward to the drive and exploring.

"We" did not watch two movies. "We" watched one movie and then you watched another. I can not be bothered with Diane Keaton. We could have been watching Alien vs. Predator, which would have been more rewarding, but I sacrificed for Diane Keaton.

Please note also that Alisa is not adequately impressed by Alaska. When I told her we were flying over big mountains and a glacier, her response was, "Mmm hmm, leave me alone."

Stay tuned, readers, for further reality reports.
