Spring Cleaning

Last week was about using stuff up.

Cheddar-Asparagus Potpie (used up green onions, potatoes and phyllo). This wasn't as good as I hoped but good. I might fiddle with this to see if I can improve it.

Shrimp Arrabbiata (used up onions). Yummy soaked up sauce with whole grain loaf.

Beef Stew with Leeks and Beer (used up leeks, carrots and beer). Tasty with crusty sourdough.

Chicken with Cider and Bacon Sauce (used up cider, chicken broth and bacon). Served with brown rice and fresh broccoli.
