We're back home. The puppies are in the kennel until I pick them up tomorrow. We had a nice relaxing weekend at Jeff's mom's. Saturday afternoon we took the kids to the museum in Albany and ended the day with a carousel rides. I have an early day tomorrow out of the office. I want to post this week's recipes before the overlap with the ones coming up.
In honor of maple syrup season and they are both quick:
Maple-Glazed Pork with Apples (w/ fresh green beans)
Salmon with Maple Syrup and Toasted Almonds (w/ streamed asparagus)
Using up ingredients we already had:

Recipe I was dreading because of cabbage but it rocked:
Whole Wheat Pasta with Sausage, Leeks, and Fontina (Can be vegetarian if you use faux sausage and veggie broth.)
