There is still plenty of snow on the ground but at least it is warm out. I am comforting myself with plans for summer vacation. I am thinking lazy, by the water, quiet, etc.
It has been an interesting week. A lot of crazy stuff at work. Progress on some other fronts. Some amazing behavior by people who call themselves human beings.
My mom just got back from Atlanta where she bought a painting of an artist we saw at a gallery in NOLA this past February. This is the one she purchased. Here is the one I dream of owning.

Two new fish recipes this week:
Apple and Horseradish-Glazed Salmon (easy and we randomly had apple jelly in the pantry)
Potato Cod Cakes with Dijon Tartar Sauce (good as leftovers)
