I took the afternoon off yesterday to do errands, finish buying some gifts and get wrapping supplies. I was impressed with how much you can get done with a child free afternoon. I was on such a roll I even did shopping for my mom to give other people. And I passed one of my favorites stores and bought some things for myself because who can resist %50-%70 off?
Today I brought in my gift bags for my staff and we are all going out to lunch together in a bit. Later I have teacher gifts and crudites for Keegan's holiday party at school. And it just occurred to me, now that we have purchased all of the gifts we need to find time to wrap them.
I will be off earlier tomorrow too after our work Secret Santa reveal and lunch. School closes early for the holiday and if Jeff and the kids are going to be home than I want to be too! So along with all that and planning the Christmas Eve dinner menu and the Christmas Day breakfast menu we should stay out of trouble.
