Yesterday was a good birthday. I was out of the office all day at a conference. A trauma conference which is one of my favorites and a testament to watching medical shows. At least I understood most of the terms they were using to describe traumas and treatment. But some of those pics should not have been shown after lunch. Ugh.
Last night Jeff and I went out for a casual celebration. We are saving the fancy meal and dress for Sat night. We had dinner at the local brewery and we were going to go see a movie. But it turned out Wed is trivia night in the pub so we stayed for that. We created an unofficial team with some others sitting near us at the bar. It was a fun and relaxing evening. During dinner he had given me my card and my present. An iPod! Yay now I can see what all the fuss is about. It is a fabulous shade of blue.
