Shell Game

I have a call into my mortgage broker and we have an agent coming over tonight to look at listing the house. And to make it even more real I called my dad. Financial matters only become real when I involve the parents. My mom is a CPA and my dad is very smart with planning. Why do you think I have had a mutual fund account since I was 18? So I usually consult with them when choosing IRA funds or making major purchases. They help me ask questions and consider options I may not have already. Usually I end up feeling better about the decision because the quizzing shows that I have done my homework. This will be the fourth home I have purchased and the third I have sold. Those transactions can be nerve-wracking but I also enjoy the excitement. I think I will do this one more time and be done. I need to break my life long army brat pattern of moving every 2 to 3 years. At least I have stayed in the same state now for nine years.
