Hello sweet readers. Soon I will return here to our regularly scheduled programming after my life gets back to regular. I had a meeting this morning but now I am home to work on my final exam. No class today which was a nice treat from the professors to give me any chance to complete this on time. I stopped on the way home to get the oil changed and picked up a St*rbucks. We just got one in town and that is why I am having one for the first time in years. I am not a big coffee drinker because I used to have real problem with way too much. And if you know me, you know I am not into substances, except alcohol (in moderation) because if you know me, you know I have ZERO tolerance. Anyway I could see getting addicted to those Caramel Light Frapp*cino thingies. But I paid way too much for a tiny piece of coffee cake. I know Lindsay would have hooked me up if I was in her neck of the woods.
Here are some thoughts before I embark on arguing ethics for the next 6 hours.
I have been listening to pop stations on my way to Boston each day. It's good to get out of your usual rut. I finally heard a pop song that does not glorify being unfaithful! Now if we could just hear some that don't tell women that their happiness can only be found in a man.
If it doesn't have sleeves, don't wear a tie with it!
Oh and go see Jeff's talent with baking for Isabelle's party this past Saturday. I am more of the order a cake kind of girl.
