Leftover chicken or canned, etc.
Grapes halved
Chopped pecans
Mayo
Curry powder
Chopped red onion

Everything to taste.

Serve on crunchy bread with mixed greens or over top of mixed greens with bread on the side or straight out of the bowl, whatever.
