Yum

Highlights of the weekend in food. Props go to Jeff for choosing the entire menu including grilling out Friday night with store made hamburger patties in flavors like portabella swiss and jalepeno cheddar.

Friday morning:
Blueberry Crumb Cake
This will become a staple in our memory banks.

Saturday lunch:
Pressed Cubano with Bacon
Greens with Creamy Berry Dressing
We made this during a rainy day visit to the lake and shared with my dad. He also got a slice of blueberry crumb cake out of the deal.

Saturday dinner:
Snapper Tacos with Chipotle Cream
Big portion sizes and spicy.

Sunday morning:
Brunch Parfaits
I want to eat these every day.

Sunday dinner:
Barbecue Shrimp
These are not what you think they are. My brother Bret would love recipe.
