Did my first pickup at the CSA. That is quite the operation they have. It was mostly greens this week but I picked out some pac choi to stir fry and this week's loaf of 9 grains bread looks awesome. We also got a free potted plant so I chose herbs instead of flowers. I am sure we can find things to cook with Lemon Basil and if not we can just rub it all over because it smells yummy.
I made Raspberry Cheesecake Bars for Selfish Mom's tonight. They were kind of annoying to make. I just tasted them and they are worth it. I took the review's suggestion of making them in advance and chilling them before I cut. I am so needing this social outlet tonight. And some sweets. And some wine.
