Keegan had such a great time at the birthday party. So much so that I am thinking about signing up for classes at the gym. He was in trampoline/tumbling heaven. And falling into a foam pit and crawling through tunnels was good for me too. Some of my fellow Selfish Moms were there so they got to meet Jeff and vice versa.
Today we went shopping for some warm weather shoes and except for some sunblock I think I am all set for our vacation. We had lunch with Erika, Jay and Sammy this afternoon. What better activity for a cold rainy day then to be with warm friends. Sammy looks so good and he has a double chin and chubby legs and arms. That kid excels at his job of gaining weight. And I forgot how quickly infants change. He is all bright-eyed and interactive now.
I am partially dreading this week and partially excited about it. I might find a place to hide at work tomorrow so that no one will bug me as I try to finish my grant.
