Note: I found this was more realistically four servings.

Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

A Snowball's Chance

I will post about the weekend which was wonderful. But I must share this news. Guess what was waiting for me in the mailbox when we got home today?

I GOT INTO HARVARD.

That's right kids. I freakin' got in!!! I am thrilled. Scared but thrilled. I am not even going to think about how hard it is going to be until I enjoy this for a few more days.
There I was holding that big envelope, tears in my eyes and my hands shaking. And that was after I opened it and saw the acceptance in the first line.
So I have belly full of filet mignon and I am about to go eat my cheesecake. Because I really wanted to celebrate. And every time I think about it I get tears back in my eyes.

Holy shit! That's awesome!! Are you going full time or while working? My friend and I were discussing either BU or BC. BU seemed to offer a program for those that have lives and a job. We mentioned Harvard, but knew there was no way to handle it with work. I am most impressed with you!!
