My digital camera arrived two days ago. I haven't even put the batteries in it yet. I did at least take it out of the box. It looks pretty but I have no idea what the pictures are like. Not that I have anything to take a picture of. Perhaps I will take few of Keegan when I pick him up after work. Even though I should save the toys I got him and give them for his birthday I just can't resist seeing his enjoyment.
I am in the throws of planning his second birthday party. Invitations are out and RSVPs are coming in. I have the theme picked and from there the other things are rolling into place. I was apprehensive about doing it in my small house but I think it will be really fun. The key is to assign helpers so that I can make sure Keegan has fun and I get to have fun too. One of my co-workers is a pro at throwing birthday parties (she has a 13 year old and 6 year old twins). So I have been bouncing ideas off of her and she has had some great tips. I feel a spreadsheet coming on. :)
