Bug In A Rug

I made it safely to Erika's. The roads were clear the distance between my house and Tom's. I felt much better after depositing Keegan safely. She baked cookies and made hot chocolate with whipped cream while her neighbor and I shoveled and used the snowblower. I did her steps three times and the neighbor's once because we kept blowing snow on them. But now we know she can get out in an emergency. Or apparently the fire department already knows where she lives. ;) The other girlies are staying safe at home and will join us for warm fuzzy togetherness tomorrow. Not sure what the plan is for the rest of the night but I know it will involve fleece socks and staying snuggled on the couch. Probably should have more than cookies for dinner.
