I Need Soup

Selfish Mom's Club last night and I brought Apricot-Cranberry tarts because I needed something easy since I was away all weekend. I only made half a recipe because we always have too much food. I was planning on bringing the leftovers to work today but I'm at home sick. This cold is back and moving into my chest. I feel like I'm trying to catchup on 22 months of lost sleep. I probably shouldn't have gone out last night but I just love that time with the girls. My turn to host is next month so I don't have to cook anything and I get the selfish money to spend. So far the hostesses have spent it these ways:
June: Was going to take karate but found out she was pregnant so used on a spa visit.
August: Had a mother's bracelet made at a local bead shop.
September: Donated it to the local girls' residential home so they could buy fashionable jeans (she made us feel so selfish!)
October: Had 70 minute hot stone spa pedicure because she is 25 weeks pregnant.

At last count four of the mom's are pregnant with their second children. Five of us have pledged to stay pregnancy free so we have someone to drink with the rest of the year. The other two are keeping quiet.
