Keegan had his flu shot this morning. He was not amused but he recovered quickly and we were off to school. Anything I can do to protect that kid from atleast one virus is worth it. You can add another item to the New England list I posted: When someone wears a fleece jacket and flip flops at the same time. I even saw a kid in shorts. Good grief people it's not that unseasonably warm. In fact it was 48 degrees at the time.
We saw another interesting sight on the way to the clinic. It was a carpenter's trailer with the company logo. The logo was a shirtless buff man with his arms crossed holding tools. Pretty racy. The name of the company? Chip N' Nails.
Tonight Jeff is escorting me to the 25th reunion of my graduate program. Now you're thinking, did she graduate when she was eight? It's actually 25 years since the program started and I'm guessing that there aren't enough alumni to have individual reunions. There were nine people in my graduating class in 2002 and that was considered a big enrollment. But I thought it would be fun to see what other people have done with their degrees and hopefully catch up with my professors. So we get a nice intellectually stimulating night out and Nana (my mom) gets to babysit. Everyone wins.
