Obviously I got back and forth to Vermont okay. Roads closed, cars sliding off roads, heavy snow w/ no plows, yada yada. The conference was great which helps make up for the traveling conditions. And yours truly got elected to the board of directors. Plus I got on the policy committee which totally appeals to the aspiring "wonk" in me.
This morning I left work to go on Keegan's Halloween parade route. It was freezing and I am so glad his costume is very fuzzy and very padded. Then it was back towards the Vermont border again for a meeting and back to the office. I am so tired of driving this week.
Jeff and Isabelle are on their way down from Maine as we speak. They will stay over and then we leave in the morning to head to Jeff''s parents house in NY. So wish us luck on a road trip with two toddlers. Yipes.
