Last night I went to Selfish Mom's Club and I brought graham cracker pecan-praline popcorn. We all stayed pretty late but I drove home feeling so relaxed. I was in such a peppy mood for the first time in days that Jeff asked me if I'd been drinking. Nope, just high on good company.
This morning at nine I went into the nursing mother's room. It is the most private location in the office. And it actually turned out to be the perfect place because it was filled with pictures of healthy babies. It really helped with inspiring positive thoughts.
