Keegan and I are off to the beach for a couple of days. I am doing the laundry and packing his tiny suitcase. Sure his clothes are small but the rest of the stuff I need to haul is ridiculous. I don't exactly need everything but it willl make life easier. So it will be just me and the little guy in my large SUV stuffed with stroller, portable crib, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach bag with toys, sunblock ranging from SPF 10 to 50, clothes for every weather contingency, all the toys (because heaven help us if I leave behind the one toy he's looking for), and oops....I just thought of all the other stuff I need too. I was beyond thrilled when I found out my hotel room has a refrigerator and a microwave. I had no idea how I was going to do the formula thing.
So have a lovely few days everyone. For those of you about to have babies, I wish you luck. Can't wait to catch up on all the news when we return. You know Tom is going to a little jig when he gets home after work tomorrow and has the house to himself. I can just picture the dinner he is going to make for himself. Ugh. I think if I bat my eyes and talk sweet to my mom I can get her to buy me lobster. It's good to be the girl.
PS I have a ton of new pics of the squirt that I promise to get up when we return.

Have fun Alisa!! The beach sounds like a blast :O)
I don't have any kids yet but lots of experience with kids in the family and how they manage to want the right thing we've forgotten.
