Honk, snortle, hack

Blah sick all week. Massive runny nose, sore throat, watery eyes. Did you know antihistamines and decongestants effect breastmilk? Makes for drowsy mommy and fussy baby. The good news is that it moved into my chest. I can have all the cough medicine I want. But I had to skip mommy's group to spare the other babies. I really needed some mommy support on some items this week. Oh well now I have to wait until May's groups.

Honey is the key. Hot tea with honey saved me every morning to start and every night to sleep.

I had to swing by and drop off a little Love-In lovin'. It's truly a joy to read about you and your wonderful little family, Alisa. I hope that you're starting to feel better!

I hope you're feeling better by now...I just wanted to be a busybody and "warn" you that those decongestants may lower your milk supply! It doesn't always happen, but they have been known to dry a mama out, so be ever on the watch while you're healing yourself. Lots'o water and oatmeal and hey, dark beer!
