« 38 Weeks | Main | he's here!!! »

Hi all - Erika here.

Alisa's still in the hospital. They tried giving her the Pitocin earlier, but it didn't do anything. They gave her another dose of the Misoprostol, and she started having minor contractions about three hours later. Another hour later, they gave her another dose, and we'll see where things go from there. If she's still pretty slow around midnight, they'll give her something to help her sleep - knowing full well nothing they give her will make her sleep through contractions, should they start full swing!

Hopefully it'll be just what she needs to get little Peanut here ASAP!

:-)

Splalisa (and Erika, and Tom),

It's Holly here. I'm out at a friend's house for the evening but had to check the progress. I'm sending labor thoughts your way. Erika, thanks for the update! As Alisa always says - you're awesome - especially with the Cherry Slurpees and everything! - if you can update as much as possible! We are all waiting for Peanut and can't wait for him to be here! Love, Holly
