Curried Beef Short Ribs

Note: I found this was more realistically four servings.

Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

Hey all - Erika here.

Alisa went to her appointment and found out that little Peanut isn't breech. However, he's low and she's got low amniotic fluid.

So - she's on her way to the hospital now. It's likely the next time you hear from her, she'll be a mommy and there will be a new little peanut in the world!

Oh Alisa! When I had my first they induced because of low amniotic fluid. I can't wait to hear if you got to have your little one! You're in my thoughts and prayers. Get back to us when you can.
