Well Halloween is over for us. So anti-climatic sometimes. I love trick or treaters. I like to keep count of how many we get. Thankfully our new neighborhood has tons of kids. It started out kind of slow, but was packed full of children the last half hour. These kids sure earn their candy because the distance between houses is a lot. Towards the ends we got moms driving their kids in mini-vans. The best mode of transportation was four-wheelers. One group came pulled in a giant trailer covered with lights. The driver had a microphone and a machine to make his voice sound spooky. He was funny because he egged the kids on and gave me a hard time about whether I had any candy left. All the kids that came by were very polite. I guess we had a total of 50 costumed darlings. So the front light is out and my jack o' lantern has been extinguished.
