Pick Me

The profile project was a success. Some really great action plans/projects came out of it. Some how I ended up as the chair of one of them. Watch me become just as busy as before I was laid off but without the paycheck. I am helping start an "Ambassador" program to welcome new people into to town. We're hoping to start building a sense of community from the get go. I also did some job networking, atleast for possibilities. I have new places to check for opportunities. And I met the president of the mother's club. She is 13 weeks pregnant with twins. She was showing more than I am. We talked pregnancy and baby stuff and I think she'll be a great resource.
The coolest part was when I got feedback from the UNH staff running the project. They thanked me for facilitating and said, "I wish we could clone you, every community should have someone like you." That made me extremely happy. Now if someone would love me and pay me. Ah, the joy.
