Curried Beef Short Ribs

Note: I found this was more realistically four servings.

Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

5th Anniversary

Today is our 5th wedding anniversary. I can not believe how those years flew by. In honor I am posting two of my favorite pics.

We were married in my parent's backyard under the arbor my father built for us.

Don't you hate it when the photographer makes you stop in the middle of your first dance to pose?

The key to this wedding is that within an hour everyone was in bathing suits and playing on the lake. Our reception was a Texas b-b-q. We didn't want anything fussy.
