Warning: Do not work with teens if you do not have a high tolerance for brutal honesty. Apparently I need a Fashion Fairy Godmother. I don't know how I became the subject of their scrutiny. But all the sudden one of my girls accused me of wearing "dorky little sweaters" all the time. Hmm...and here I was thinking classic, simple, age appropriate. I reminded them that I would look silly if I wore what they do. "But what about Erika", they said, "she dresses cute." I am sure she will be relieved to learn she got the stamp of approval. I however am a dork.
For the record I am not wearing a sweater today. It's a three-quarter length sleeved denim shirt from Old Navy. They make no distinction. I guess I am in a rut. Time to invest in those low riders and midriff tops. Yeah, maybe not.

Oh my God, no way! Huh-looo... I'm sorry, maybe I'm a
dork too, but I've always thought you dressed very
well. I'm all for simple, classic styles myself. I
can't pull off trendy clothes, I'm just not cute like
that. Yea for us "Classic" chicks - at least our
clothes won't be "out" 3 months from now *grin*
