Curried Beef Short Ribs

Note: I found this was more realistically four servings.

Finishing this dish with lime zest and juice brightens its rich flavors.

Queen Of Prepared Foods

Alright I admit I am the ultimate consumer. I don't eat much too much junk but sometimes commercials just hypnotize me. Like the special Lay's chips from each different state. I have a bag of San Antonio Salsa upstairs. I don't even want them, I just feel the overpowering need to know what they taste like. I mean god forbid something be out for a "limited time." I fly down to the store like my life depended on it. It's not just snack food either. I was addicted to whipped yogurt for a while and now I've moved on to drinkable yogurt smoothies.
All that said I must sing the praises of my latest discovery. While stopping to get milk after yoga last night. I never stop at milk so I browsed the aisles. Hmm...I was craving something, but what exactly? Then I spotted it, poised on the edge of the freezer case. I cooked it tonight my friends and as the package promised it was indeed ready in 10 mins. Ready and delicious. What could this miracle entree be? Bertolli's Shrimp Scampi & Linguine. Scrumdilishous (I have no idea how to spell that, but you get the point). Best part is that Tom doesn't like seafood, so now I have the rest packed up for lunch. It is very garlicky which is why he is keeping his distance right now. Probably not the best idea to serve it for Valentine's Day.

Cravings, eh? Hmmm... let's see, now what does that remind me of? You weren't feeling nauseous at all, were you? (wink-wink)

Sorry Jess I'd have to be one day pregnant and besides being a miracle, it's a little early for symptoms. I'm just naturally a weird eater.
