My internet provider sucks. They accidentally suspended our email account due to misinformation put into their computer. They assured me it would be fixed in 2 hours. I am on the phone with them now (4 hours later) and they are saying it takes 24-72 hours for the technical department to fix problems. What???? I just talked to the supervisor who basically has no power and frankly wasn't apologetic enough. They aren't even willing to compensate me for the fact that I can't use email for days. You can bet your sweet patootie that this isn't over yet. I don't let go of things like this until I hold someone accountable.
