Whew I'm back! It took several emails and some thinly veiled threats to my hosting company to do it. I'm not sure what happened and how to prevent it from happening again. I will continue to try to communicate with them. I think they play an avoidance game hoping people will just give up. Clearly they have no idea how freakin' stubborn I can be. Especially if I know its on purpose.
